After graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, he began his career in the import/export sector, specializing in customs policy consulting, and founded Duong Minh Logistics Company.

To enhance his management capabilities, he completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in International Business at Columbia Southern University, USA.
