Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 56 of Circular No. 38/2015/TT-BTC and amended and supplemented in Clause 36, Article 1 of Circular No. 39/2018/TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018

Before exporting or importing raw materials, supplies, equipment, machinery to serve processing contracts and processing contract appendices with foreign traders, organizations and individuals are responsible for notifying the processing contract and processing contract addendum to the Customs Branch in charge where the production facility has been notified. The system automatically receives and responds to the number of receipt of the processing contract and processing contract addendum.

Organizations and individuals will only notify once and notify additionally when there are changes
