Procedures for changing the Customs Branch managing processed and manufactured goods

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3483 HQTPHCM dated December 13, 2022 HCMC CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT and at Point a.4, Clause 1, Article 54 of Circular 38/2015 and amendments in Circular 39/2018.

a.4) In case of changing the Customs Sub-Department of management (where the Customs Department has notified the Customs Department), the organization or individual shall notify the Customs Sub-Department of the previous management, the Customs Sub-Department of new management through the System or in writing and notify the Customs Department to the Customs Sub-Department of new management according to the provisions of Point a.1 of this Clause. Organizations and individuals shall make final settlement reports at the new Customs Branch under the provisions of Article 60 of this Circular;
