Duong Minh Hoa is the founder and General Manager of Duong Minh Logistics and Hung Thinh Phat Plastic Factory. Mr Duong Minh Hoa holds a Master of Business Administration degree in 2019 and is a lawyer in the Hochiminh bar association. Duong Minh Logistics is his great success recognized as "Top 10 Asia-Pacific brands in 2017. and a 4PL logistics provider in Vietnam helping hundreds of farmers export over 144,000 tons of fruit (4,800 containers) each year to China. Understanding the financial burden of exporting enterprises to China for high land transport costs, he launched a special service combining sea and land transport from South to North Vietnam helping farmers cut their costs in half and save billions of dollars each year

Duong Minh Hoa was born in Can Duoc District, Long An Province to a farmer family. while graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, he started his business by opening one of the first international law consultancy offices in Saigon and then also providing Logistics services for international cargo. At that time, the job helped him and cousins pay tuition and bring the initial capital to invest in container trucks and Plastics production as today.

In 2020, Mr. Duong Minh Hoa has completed the stock procedures to be ready to put his business on the IPO. His percentage of ownership in Duong Minh Logistic Joint Stock accounts for more than 80% and he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
