QUARANTINE EXEMPTION FOR AQUACULTURE ANIMAL PRODUCTS AS MATERIALS FOR PROCESSING, PRODUCTION FOR EXPORT

Pursuant to Point B, Article 2, Circular No. 06/2022/TT-BNNPTNT dated July 28, 2022 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 26/2016/TT-BNNPTNTdated June 30, 2016 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regulations on quarantine of animals and aquatic animal products issued:

List of animals and aquatic animal products exempt from quarantine

1. Imported aquatic animals and animal products are diplomatic.

2. Imported aquatic animal products as raw materials for export processing and export production.

3. Aquatic animal products as test samples.

4. Aquatic animal products imported for display at fairs and exhibitions.

5. Aquatic animal products used as food for export are recalled or returned.”
