NOTICE OF INVITATION STRATEGIC INVESTORS
Dear Investors
Based on the decision of the Board of Directors on March 10, 2020 on approving the Plan to find strategic investors for the process of enterprise development and conduct IPO.
Duong Minh Logistics has over 15 years of development, with the contribution and efforts of its entire staff of experienced, the company has been recognized as "Top 10 Brands of Asia - Pacific in 2017”. The award honors Duong Minh Logistics's unwavering contribution to the country's export-import economy and is now influencing the Asia-Pacific region. "Received QMS (Australia), Asia Pacific Economic Review and organized by the Vietnam Business Council, Asia Pacific Economic Review, Asia Pacific Business Club and VINABRA." and many other valuable awards throughout the operation and development of Duong Minh Logistics. One of the achievements that Duong Minh logistics is most proud of helping hundreds of farmers to export more than 24,000 tons of fruits each year to the China. Understanding the financial burden of enterprises for shipping service charges, so we launched the North-South transport combined method and the first rail container reefer service in Vietnam that help hundreds of large customers cut half the cost of transportation in savings trillions of dollars each year
We would like to invest more than 100 containers to develop customs service and domestic transportation for processing enterprises, liquidity services and customs settlement reports in the market, aiming to become the first choice of FDI enterprises in Vietnam and IPO in 2022.
Criteria for selecting strategic investors:
-Individual, investment fund or business
-At least 3 years of operation in the logistics industry or experience in logistics management.
-Good financial capacity, proving sufficient financial capacity to buy shares in the ratio of offering to become a strategic investor
-Written commitment of the Board of Directors or the legal representative of the company not to transfer the purchased shares within 2 years from the date the company granted the business registration certificate.
Written commitment of the legal representative person to ensure that the money used to make deposits and pay for the purchase of shares has legal origin in accordance with regulations and deposit of 10% of the value of registered shares. In case of waiving the right to buy, the investor is not allowed to get back the deposit.

Number of strategic investors are allowed to buy shares: maximum 3 investors
The total size of shares offered to strategic investors is approximately 20% of equity.
METHODS OF REGISTRATION AS A STRATEGIC INVESTOR
